Local Accommodation with slight recovery in May, but occupancy remains below 15%

The month of May showed signs of recovery in terms of Local Accommodation (AL) in Lisbon and in Porto, although maintaining very low activity. During this month, the average occupancy in Porto reached 10%, whereas the RevPAR was set at 6€, in clear contrast with the lowest numbers reached in April of 3% and 2€ respectively. In Lisbon the average occupancy rate for Local Accommodation was 13% and the RevPAR 8€.
