Residential transactions recover in Q2, recording a Q-o-Q increase of 4.9%

Ci's estimates point to 33,350 dwellings sold in mainland Portugal as of Q2 2024. This transactional activity represents an increase of 4.9% compared to the previous quarter, when 31,800 dwellings were sold. Approximately 88.0% of sales were existing dwellings and the remaining 12.0% corresponded to new dwellings.
