Housing supply in Portugal falls to 15-year low

The year 2022 ended with residential supply at a 15-year low, with around 47,300 dwellings for sale in mainland Portugal in Q4. Of the supply accounted in this quarter, 17,600 are new dwellings (37%) and 29,600 are existing dwellings (63%).
