Housing prices up 19% in 2022, the sharpest increase in 30 years

House prices in Portugal (mainland) increased 18.7% in 2022, the sharpest annual rise in the last 30 years. Only in 1991 the year-on-year rate of change at the end of the year was higher than the one recorded this past December.
