Housing in Portugal increased 21% during last year

As a result of the significant monthly increases that were registered throughout the year, housing prices in Portugal (Mainland) registered a 21.1% yoy increase in August, a number never before reached during the period covered by the current series of the Índice de Preços Residenciais (Housing Prices Index), which has been following housing trading prices dynamics since 2007.
