Housing sales in Portugal dropped 8% during the Summer period

Between June and August around 37.900 dwellings were traded in Portugal (Mainland). The forecast sales volume represents an 8% drop when compared to the 41.310 dwellings traded during this year’s 1st quarter and positions the market on levels similar to those of 2019, when between 34.000 and 39.000 dwellings were sold per quarter.
