16.100 new dwellings under licensing until April in Portugal

Between January and April, 7.300 new housing projects were submitted to municipal licensing in Portugal (Mainland) for a total 16.100 dwellings. This pipeline is higher than the one registered during the same period last year when there were 6.770 projects and 15.800 projects on the pipeline, representing an 8% yoy increase in the number of projects and a 2% yoy increase in the number of dwellings.
