Lisbon’s housing pipeline has dropped 36% during the first two months of 2021

During the first two months of 2021 36 new housing projects representing 400 dwellings were submitted to licensing processes. This pipeline reflects a considerable slowdown when compared to the same period last year, when there were 77 housing projects registered representing 620 dwellings. The yoy drop was of 36% in number of dwellings and 53% in number of projects.
