Housing selling prices dropped 2.1% in September

Housing selling prices in Portugal (Mainland) dropped 2.1% in September when compared to the previous month, breaking the stabilisation trend felt since the beginning of the pandemic. With the exception of residual negative variations which did not go beyond -0.3%, this is also the first aggregated drop since September 2015.
