Lisbon follows the Metropolitan Area’s valuation once again, with a quarterly price increase of 4.9%

Housing prices increased 4.9% in Lisbon during the 2nd quarter of 2021, when compared to the previous quarter. This increase follows the 0.3% quarterly increase registered during the first quarter and places the capital once again in alignment with the rising dynamic of the rest of the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
