Foreigners from 78 countries acquired residential properties worth €894.3 million in the Lisbon's ARU

In 2022, international buyers from 78 countries acquired 1,655 houses in the Lisbon Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU), in an investment that amounted to €894.3 million. Last year, foreigners invested an average of €540.400 per transaction.
