Prices in Porto’s Baixa and Centro Histórico’s areas drop 6.4% during the first half of the year

During the first half of the year, housing prices within the entire set of Urban Renewal Areas located within Porto’s Baixa and Centro Histórico (Downtown and Historical Centre) areas registered a 6.4% drop when compared to the previous 6-month period. This represents a reversal of the previous half-year 11.6% increase.
