Buyers from 31 countries invested € 112.3 million in housing in central Lisbon

In the 2nd quarter of 2020, 233 residential properties were acquired in central Lisbon by buyers from 31 foreign countries for a total of € 112.3 million. This represents a 50% reduction in the number of properties acquired and 53% in the amount invested compared to the previous quarter, in addition to presenting a smaller range of investing nationalities.
