Real estate investment in Lisbon’s Urban Renewal Area dropped 54% during the 2nd quarter

During the 2nd quarter of 2020, real estate investment in Lisbon’s Urban Renewal Area (ARU) totalled €603.6 million corresponding to 1.525 assets traded. The average amount per operation also dropped during the 2nd quarter, reaching €396.307, €54.995 below (-12%) the €451.301 registered during the year’s first quarter.
