Housing sales in Lisbon's ARU increased 29% to €1.95 bn in H1 2024

In the first half of 2024, Lisbon's urban regeneration area, ARU, recorded an investment in residential acquisitions worth €1,953 million and a total of 3,760 transactions. This investment volume increases by 29% compared to the average of €1.51 billion acquired per six-month period in 2023, as well as exceeding the six-month patterns of the last five years.
