Real Estate investment within Porto’s ARUs increased 34% to €322 millions during the first half of the year

Real estate investment within Porto’s nine Urban Renewal Areas (ARUs) reached €322.1 million during the first half of 2022, a 34% increase when compared to the €240.9 million traded during the previous six months. In terms of number of operations, there was a 33% increase from 850 transactions during the second half of 2021 to 1.140 during the first six months of 2022.
