Real Estate investment in Porto’s Baixa and Historic Centre increases 30% to €197.1 million

Porto’s Baixa and Historic Centre’s Urban Renewal Areas (ARUs) registered 583 real estate acquisition operations in 2021, corresponding to a total €197.1 million traded. This represents a 30% increase in terms of investment in these areas when compared to 2020, when the total real estate investment registered in these same areas was €147 million.
