Foreign investment in Lisbon’s Urban Renewal Area dropped 19% when compared to the pre-Covid period

During the first half of 2021, foreign investment reached €324.7 million corresponding to the purchase of 625 housing assets within Lisbon’s ARU (Urban Renewal Area). This number represents a 19% break when compared to the second half of 2019, the last pandemic free semester during which foreign housing investment in this territory reached €398.7 million.
