Porto’s Downtown area and Historical Centre recovered investment: 1st semester registered 286 transactions and €86.0 million

Porto’s Baixa (Downtown) and Historical Centre ARUs (Urban Renewal Areas) registered 286 transactions to acquire housing assets during this year’s first half, representing a total of €86 million. In terms of number of dwellings there was a 40% increase when compared to the 204 transactions registered during the previous semester, whereas, in terms of amount, the increase over the previous semester was 14%.
