Vila Nova de Gaia leads housing investment in the country with 1.900 new dwellings under licensing

Vila Nova de Gaia was Portugal’s municipality with more dwellings under licensing between January and August 2022, with 1.900 new units on the pipeline. This represents an average of 240 new dwellings per month, 31% above the 180 new dwellings per month average reached in 2021.
