Portugal with 46.340 new dwellings under licensing in 2020

19.955 new housing projects were submitted for licensing in Mainland Portugal in 2020, for a total of 46.340 dwellings. Lisbon and Porto surpassed 3.000 dwellings, despite registering drops of around 16% when compared to 2019. On a national level, activity remained stable.
