Porto: Number of dwellings on the pipeline falls 20% and city looses share within the Metropolitan Area to Gaia and Matosinhos

Between January and September 2021, a total of 225 housing projects were submitted to municipal licensing by the Porto city hall corresponding to 1.951 dwellings. This number in number of dwellings, compared to the same period last year when there was a total of 325 projects and 2.444 dwellings on the city’s housing pipeline.
