Lisbon’s rehabilitation Pipeline with 26% yoy drop up until September

Between January and September 144 housing rehabilitation projects were submitted for licensing in Lisbon, corresponding to 924 dwellings. These numbers reflect a significant slowdown in terms of housing development for this segment, with a 26% yoy drop in terms of number of dwellings.
