New office pipeline in Greater Lisbon records a threefold growth to 330,000 sqm

The Greater Lisbon area saw a sharp increase in the volume of new office space to be approved in 2024, with a pipeline of 28 new office projects totalling 330,000 sqm. The area in the pipeline reflects a threefold increase (+282%) compared to the 86,500 sqm submitted in 2023, which was spread across 26 projects.
