Number of dwellings submitted for licensing in Portugal dropped 17%

Housing development froze throughout 2021, with a 17% drop in terms of number of dwellings submitted for licening in the country. Between January and November 2021, a total of 15.250 new housing projects, corresponding to 35.000 dwellings, were submitted to municipal licensing in Mainland Portugal.
