Half of the residential development launched this year has been sold

According to Ci's new database concerning residential developments being marketed, half of the new houses launched for sale in 2023 were bought while still off-plan . Between January and June this year, this information system identifies the launch for sale of around 120 residential developments totalling 4,700 new dwelling , 51% of which have already been sold.
