Housing developments launched in 2022, 48% have already been sold

During the first six months of 2022 about 280 new residential developments were launched for sale in the country, representing a total of more than 12.000 dwellings. The data was generated by the new database “Edifícios em Comercialização” (Buildings being Marketed) and it is estimated that 48% of this offer about to be launched on the market this year, has already been sold.
