More than 5.000 dwellings left Local Accommodation in Lisbon and Porto during the last two years

The universe of Local Accommodation studios and one-bedroom apartments active in Lisbon and Porto dropped to about half during the last two years. Thus, during 2021’s fourth quarter, Lisbon registered around 2.800 dwellings of this type active for Local Accommodation, a reduction of around 3.000 dwellings when compared to the 5.850 available during 2019’s fourth quarter.
