Housing sales 21% above the end of 2023 with price increase's accelerating to 11.5%

Between August and October this year, 39,600 dwellings were sold in mainland Portugal, according to estimates by Confidencial Imobiliário based on the SIR-Sistema de Informação Residencial database.
