Housing prices in Portugal increased 3.4% since the end of 2021

Housing selling prices in Portugal increased 3.4% over the two first months of the year, reveals Confidencial imobiliário in the latest edition of its Índice de Preços Residenciais (Housing Prices Index) which already includes the results for February. The current price increase pace thus surpasses the pre-Covid trend, since, during the first two months of 2020, prices had increased 3.0% when compared to the end of 2019.
