Housing selling prices in Portugal increased 0.9% in April

Housing selling prices in Mainland Portugal increased 0.9% in April when compared to the previous month. Despite not increasing beyond 1.0%, this is still one of the most expressive monthly variations since March 2020, when the pandemic started. In fact, the aggregated monthly variation only reached a better result in December 2020, with precisely 1.0%.
