Housing prices complete one-year post-pandemic with a 2.6% increase

Housing prices in Mainland Portugal increased 2.6% between February 2020 and February 2021, which marks one year of pandemic. The yoy rate is calculated based on the Índice de Preços Residenciais (Housing Prices Index).
