Housing prices increased 9.5% since the start of the pandemic

In September, housing prices across the country registered a 9.5% increase since the start of the pandemic (March 2020). Following a period of stabilisation during the first year of the pandemic, with aggregated variations not increasing much beyond 2.0%, the housing prices’ increase during the post-Covid period has been increasing its pace since last April.
