Housing prices increased more than 10% in half the district capitals

The pandemic’s second year brought a more intense increase in housing sales prices to most of the country’s district capitals. In 2021, half of Mainland Portugal’s district capitals yoy increases higher than 10%. In 2020, only four cities were on that level.
