Housing prices increased 11.7% in Lisbon and 10.3% in Porto in 2021

At the end of 2021, housing prices increased 11.7% in Lisbon and 10.3% in Porto. Housing prices had not increased this much in Lisbon, since the end of 2018, when there was a 16.0% yoy increase. In Porto the yoy increase registered in 2021 remained at the same as the previous year (also 10.3%).
