Housing sales prices ended the year 1.8% above pre-Covid

Housing sales prices in Portugal (Mainland) registered in December were 1.8% above pre-Covid prices, registered in February. The last month of the year played a significant role in this aggregated evolution, registering the highest monthly variation during the pandemic with 1.0%.
