Housing selling prices remained stable with a -0.2% variation in July

Housing selling prices in Mainland Portugal remained stable, showing a monthly variation of -0.2% in July. Since the beginning of the pandemic, housing prices have shown residual chain variations from a maximum of 0.9% to a minimum of -0.2%.
