Housing prices started 2021 with a monthly increase of 0.6%

Housing selling prices in Mainland Portugal increased 0.6% in January when compared to the previous month, sustaining the stability trend registered since the start of the pandemic. Almost one year after the outbreak of Covid-19, the housing market is showing restrained monthly increases which do not go beyond 1.0%, entering negative values on only two occasions.
