Housing prices in Lisbon registered a 0.8% drop during the 4th quarter

Lisbon registered a 0.8% quarterly drop in housing selling prices during the 4th quarter of 2020. Last year started with an aggregated chain increase of 3.0%, the housing selling prices registered a 0% quarterly variation during the 2nd quarter in Lisbon, followed by a 0.8% increase during the 3rd quarter and reaching negative numbers during the 4th quarter.
