Prices in Lisbon and Porto increased 13% during the last year

Housing sale prices price of the house increased 13.5% in Lisbon and 13.9% in Porto during the first quarter of 2022 when compared to the same period in 2021. The annual valuation now recorded follows a trend of acceleration in both markets, particularly in Lisbon. A year ago, during the first quarter of 2021, house prices in Lisbon showed a -0.3% yoy variation while in Porto this indicator was 5.2%.
