Housing above expectations: prices increased 1.3% and sales stabilised

Housing sales prices in Portugal (Mainland) increased 1.3% in October when compared to the previous month, maintaining monthly increases above 1%. Housing prices also showed a 19.5% yoy increase in October. During the first ten months of 2022, housing prices registered an aggregated increase of 16.4%.
