Difficulties in licensing lead real estate developers to fear sales slowdown

Real estate developers are less optimistic about the housing market’s future, fearing a slowdown in sales, concluded the latest edition of the Portuguese Investment Property Survey. The survey released in January concluded that this lesser optimism was generated by difficulties with the launch of new supply, since the demand and price indicators continue to evolve positively.
