Housing rents increased 9.2% in Lisbon and 6.0% in Porto over the last twelve months

During the twelve months which finished at the end of 2022’s first quarter, housing rents increased 9.2% in Lisbon and 6.0% in Porto. This represents a strong recovery for both cities, if we take into account that, a year ago, during 2021’s first quarter, rents registered 18.0% yoy drops in Lisbon and 8.0% yoy drops in Porto.
