Rents in Lisbon registered the highest quarterly increase in five years at 4.9%

Rents from new housing rental agreements increased 4.9% in Lisbon during the second quarter of 2022 when compared to the previous quarter, registering the highest quarterly increase since the end of 2017. In Porto, rents had a 3.7% quarterly increase during the second quarter.
