Rents in Lisbon with 1.8% yoy drop, the first in six years

Housing rents in Lisbon dropped 1.8% yoy during the 1st quarter of 2020. This is the first time in six years that rents in the capital registered a yoy drop, with the last negative variation having taken place during the 4th quarter of 2013 (-1.7%).
